The quarterly Highlands/Bellevue HIGHLIGHTS Magazine continues to be a great source of community information for both the Highlands and Bellevue. It is the place to look for neighbourhood news, personality profiles, local business updates, volunteer bouquets and more, plus occasional contests with prizes courtesy of local merchants.
