Halloween- 2011

Halloween is a wonderful time of year when community gathers incognito on the streets, going door to door, chatting with neighbours and other people from the neighbourhood.

This year, the Highlands celebrated with two exciting community league events, the Spooky "Tots" Spectacular and the Halloween Block Party. There was professional face painting at the community centre on the evening of Halloween and a few residents went all out in the decorating department. Residents of 111 Avenue had between 150 and 200 kids at their door.
