Games are short and sweet - 1 hour of fast paced non-stop action. Concessions, dressing rooms, and stadium seating for spectators are always available. Games are typically played at the East Soccer Center, Victoria Trail and Hermitage Road.
The indoor season starts mid-October and goes through to March 2011.
Minis (6 - 8 years)
6 vs 6 on 1/2 a field. Field is split with a special net that has goal areas marked. Dozens and dozens of parents and siblings cheering them on in the stands makes this an exciting group to watch! Games for this group usually run Saturday mornings.
U10 - U18
6 vs 6 on a full field. Fast paced like hockey, player changes on the fly, no off side’s, pass the ball off the boards to a team mate or yourself and shoot to score! It's a game like no other. Exciting and fun. Games for these groups usually run Saturdays or Sundays.
If you are a returning coach, an experienced coach or new to the sport and want to become involved in a year-round soccer program, please call the Soccer Director at (780) 479-6957 or by email at highlandssoccer@gmail.com
