The Highlands Community Hall has closed its doors so we can build something new together.Â
The design-build and construction team consists of Croy D. Yee Architect Ltd., Stanley Construction, and Thomas Shaw as Project Consultant.
What you need to know:Â
- Programs of Highlands Community League are now operating under different conditions or moved to temporary locations (huge thank you to our partners at Concordia University of Edmonton and Bellevue Community League!)
- The hall is now closed
- You will see the space change quickly in the coming months – this includes fencing, contractors and construction activities
Anticipated project timelines:Â
- Demolition preparation (Building Permit, Site Fencing & Asbestos Testing) begins April 2026
- Construction anticipated to start Summer 2026
- New hall anticipated to open Winter 2027
- Final landscaping to be completed Summer 2027
